Registration is now open for the 2026 Iowa Leadership Exchange & Bootcamp, and we hope you'll join us again this fall!
Each year, Leadership Exchange brings together people from across Iowa who are passionate about developing leaders and strengthening communities. Thanks to attendees like you, this event continues to grow as a place to exchange ideas, discover new approaches, and build relationships that last well beyond the conference!
This year's event will be held October 27–28 at Central College in Pella and will feature impactful keynote speakers, practical breakout sessions, networking opportunities, and plenty of time to connect with colleagues from across the state.
Whether you're returning to reconnect with familiar faces or looking for fresh ideas to bring back to your organization or community, we'd love to have you with us.
